We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, managing and supervising staff, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in managing and coordinating staff within a warehouse. You should have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and possess a strong ability to motivate employees. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred. Knowledge of warehouse operations software is also desired.

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, picking/packing/stocking orders, and other related tasks. You will ensure that stock is properly monitored, stored safely and securely, and distributed efficiently. You will also maintain accurate inventory records in accordance with company policies as well as maintain a clean work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Moreover, you will be expected to coordinate staff activities such as providing training on new procedures or processes when needed. Finally, you will serve as the liaison between the warehouse team and other departments within the organization such as customer service or sales teams to ensure smooth operations throughout the company.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300 per month to the right candidate who can demonstrate their knowledge and expertise in this role. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this position if they possess all necessary qualifications and legal documents required for employment in Kuwait.
