Office assistant vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled worker


We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This is a full-time position with excellent working conditions and a salary of 1200 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents, coordinating meetings, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and possess a strong work ethic.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of basic office equipment such as printers and photocopiers
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
