Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience required
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Familiarity with filing systems and records management techniques
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage workloads accordingly
• Fluent in English (Arabic is preferred)
