We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations and organization of the office.
Job Description:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office activities and providing administrative support to team members. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing general office assistance as needed. The Office Administrator will also be expected to assist with various projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all office operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of all documents, files, and information related to the office
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and order new supplies when needed
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
• Assist with various projects as assigned by management
• Provide general administrative support to team members when needed
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to consider foreigners with minimal work experience
• 2+ years of experience in an office administration role is preferred but not required
