Office Administrator – Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for our office in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or financial roles. A degree in finance is highly preferred. This position offers a salary of 1600 and we are willing to consider foreign applicants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and preparing documents. They will also be responsible for managing office supplies, filing systems and general bookkeeping tasks. Further responsibilities include making travel arrangements, liaising with clients and suppliers, and maintaining up-to-date records of financial transactions.
To qualify for this role, you must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Knowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial as is proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
