Secretary job vacancy in Sharjah UAE
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have exceptional communication skills. The Secretary must also be able to work with minimal direction, as well as take initiative and work independently when needed.
This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, handling customer inquiries, preparing documents for clients, and other administrative duties as needed. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service by providing assistance in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in a similar role. They should have excellent Microsoft Office skills and strong typing speed. A college degree is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role who can demonstrate their suitability for the job with proficiency in English language skills and knowledge of UAE culture.
