Job Description

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall merchandising of our products. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to promote sales and maximize profits
• Collaborate with buyers and other stakeholders to ensure merchandise aligns with seasonal trends
• Analyze consumer preferences, customer feedback, and market trends to identify potential opportunities
• Research competitive pricing strategy and adjust prices accordingly
• Monitor stock levels of existing inventory and order new items when necessary
• Develop promotional materials such as in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and digital content
• Create sales reports to track performance metrics such as sales volume, profits, customer demographics, etc.
• Manage stock replenishment process by ensuring accurate forecasting of items
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure efficient product delivery and display

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in merchandising or a related field is desirable but not essential
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

Salary: 1000 QAR/month
