We are looking for a reliable and professional Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of administrative duties and be able to work with minimal supervision. We are willing to consider candidates from all backgrounds including foreigners, and salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
The primary duty of the Office Assistant will be to provide administrative support within the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry, filing documents, organizing meetings, ordering supplies, scheduling appointments and managing calendars. The Office Assistant will also be expected to answer phone calls, take messages and respond to emails on behalf of the company.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail as well as an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous office experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to consider applicants with no prior work experience or training if they have the right attitude and aptitude for the role.
