Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, from menu planning to food preparation and service.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop creative and innovative menus that meet customer tastes and needs
• Manage staff including scheduling, training, hiring, disciplining, motivating and evaluating
• Ensure kitchen safety standards are met at all times
• Oversee the ordering of food supplies and manage the storage of ingredients
• Monitor food quality and cost control
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and cooking areas
• Develop strategies to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency
• Establish relationships with vendors to ensure the best price for quality products
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role as Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of performance
• Knowledge of food safety regulations such as HACCP
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package of 1500 AED per month for this position.
