Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing the office operations. The salary on offer is 1300 AED. We are willing to consider a foreign candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:
The Office assistant is expected to provide day-to-day administrative support to the team by responding to inquiries, preparing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, ordering office supplies, handling filing, photocopying and faxing documents. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining the office premises clean and tidy and ensuring that all office equipment is in good working order. In addition, he/she will be responsible for organizing travel arrangements and providing administrative assistance related to project activities when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualifications with at least 1 year of relevant work experience as an Office assistant or similar role. He/She should have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. The successful candidate must also have strong communication skills both written and verbal in English language as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in a similar position in Abu Dhabi would be an added advantage.
