We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in the same role. This full-time position offers a salary of 1300 AED and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the job.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, such as managing incoming calls, scheduling meetings, and organizing office records. They must also be able to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
