Administrative assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, managing daily office operations, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
The ideal candidate should have a professional attitude and excellent organizational skills. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and provide general administrative support services
• Maintain an efficient filing system for all documents, reports and correspondence
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Draft correspondence and other documents as needed
• Prepare travel arrangements
• Order office supplies as needed
• Provide clerical support to other departments as needed
• Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative/secretarial role is required
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) is required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
