Office Manager (Abu-Dhabi)
We are looking for a highly-skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager. This role requires an individual with excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. The successful applicant should be familiar with office management techniques and procedures, as well as have a keen eye for detail.
Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, have at least 2 years of experience in office management, possess strong organizational skills, and be proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). The candidate must also have excellent cross-cultural communication skills to work effectively with colleagues from all over the world. Fluency in English is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of our office in Abu-Dhabi. This includes managing appointments, organizing files & documents, overseeing administrative staff, ensuring supplies are restocked & ordered on time, coordinating meetings & events, handling customer inquiries & complaints. Additionally they will be required to manage financial records & ensure all bills are paid on time.

This position comes with a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month. We also provide health insurance coverage plus the potential for bonuses or other incentives based on performance.
