Office Manager, Abu Dhabi - 1400 AED
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing staff and providing administrative support. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants or from outside the country.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
β’ At least 1 year of experience in office management or similar role
β’ Knowledge of general office procedures
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
β’ Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
β’ Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues
β’ Impeccable attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee staff performance and provide guidance as needed
β’ Ensure the office is running smoothly (e.g., supplies, equipment)
β’ Monitor the use of resources such as stationery, equipment, etc.
β’ Handle administrative tasks (e.g., filing, mail sorting)
β’ Assist with scheduling meetings, conferences and other events
β’ Maintain a clean workspace for employees
β’ Organize files, update paperwork and maintain documents as needed
β’ Update databases with new employee information, job descriptions etc.
