Office Manager, Abu Dhabi - 1400 AED
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing staff and providing administrative support. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants or from outside the country.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in office management or similar role
• Knowledge of general office procedures
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues
• Impeccable attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee staff performance and provide guidance as needed
• Ensure the office is running smoothly (e.g., supplies, equipment)
• Monitor the use of resources such as stationery, equipment, etc.
• Handle administrative tasks (e.g., filing, mail sorting)
• Assist with scheduling meetings, conferences and other events
• Maintain a clean workspace for employees
• Organize files, update paperwork and maintain documents as needed
• Update databases with new employee information, job descriptions etc.
