Job Description: Recruiter – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced, driven Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, screening and selecting candidates for job vacancies, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in recruiting and should be well-versed in the latest recruitment trends and techniques. We are open to considering candidates from abroad for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social media networks)
• Screen resumes and applications
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ abilities
• Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs
• Facilitate interviews with potential hires
• Onboard new employees into the organization
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations throughout the recruitment process
