Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1300 AED monthly

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping staff and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they follow hotel policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage the daily cleaning of guestrooms and public areas.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure standards of cleanliness are met.
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed.
• Implement cost-saving measures to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare training materials for new staff members and provide ongoing training as needed.
• Create work schedules according to occupancy levels.
• Maintain accurate records of supplies used and order additional items as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role in a housekeeping environment is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workloads.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English is mandatory, Arabic would be an advantage but not essential .
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations related to housekeeping activities.
