We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900 and we are open to considering applications from immigrants. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role, as well as excellent computer and communication skills.
The Office Clerk will be responsible for assisting with general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, data entry, maintaining records, and routing correspondence. They must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while working independently or within a team environment. They should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Other duties include answering phones, responding to inquiries, sorting mail, preparing reports and providing customer service support. Candidates should possess a professional attitude, be well-organized and be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
