Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks in the office, including handling phone calls and emails, preparing reports and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining filing systems.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. They must also be highly proficient in MS Office Suite applications. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can work well with others. Previous experience as an office administrator is preferred but not essential.
