We are looking for an experienced and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for the coordination of merchandise activities to ensure the successful execution of store plans.

The successful candidate will need to be able to assess customer needs, develop and implement effective merchandising plans and strategies, as well as effectively plan and execute store displays. You must also possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, as well as an ability to prioritize tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales figures, forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits, and developing pricing strategies accordingly. You will also assist with promotional activities and track inventory levels in order to ensure that stores have sufficient stock levels. Furthermore, you will need to maintain good relationships with suppliers in order to negotiate better prices or terms of service.
