Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up displays, monitoring stock levels, and working with vendors to ensure the store is always stocked with the latest products. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 aed per month. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who have the relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities
-Manage all aspects of setting up product displays in store; ensuring that the displays are attractive and enticing to customers
-Monitor stock levels on a daily basis; reordering when necessary
-Develop relationships with suppliers and vendors; negotiating terms of supply agreements
-Establish pricing policies on products; ensuring competitive pricing
-Regularly review store operations; making changes when needed to improve customer service
-Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify new trends or opportunities for growth
Qualifications
-At least three years of relevant work experience in merchandising or retail management
-Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal, in English language is required
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
