Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and work well under pressure. The role involves handling all aspects of administrative duties, including managing schedules, organizing meetings and taking detailed minutes. The successful candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office.
The ideal applicant should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to stay organized and manage their time efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We are open to considering applications from foreigners with the necessary qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage everyday administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, taking notes and filing documents;
• Prepare reports, presentations and other documents;
• Answer phone calls and emails;
• Assist with any ad hoc tasks as requested by management;
• Maintain accurate records of all office activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification;
• Experience in a similar role is preferred;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Strong communication skills;
