We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300. We are open to considering non-national candidates for this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office. You will be the first point of contact and will handle incoming calls and emails as well as managing the office calendar. You will take dictation, compose letters and other documents, and maintain filing systems. In addition, you may be asked to make travel arrangements, coordinate events, conduct research, and perform other duties as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Additionally, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently or collaborate with others as needed.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• An understanding of basic accounting principles
• An excellent command of the English language
