Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to serve as our Office Manager in our Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing staff, maintaining office supplies, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all administrative activities in the office
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operations
• Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, supplies inventory, and stationery orders
• Ensure security protocols are followed
• Monitor staff attendance records and timesheets to ensure accuracy
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
• Process invoices and ensure timely payment of bills
• Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures; review regularly for accuracy
• Maintain filing systems for documentation purposes; ensure confidential documents are securely stored.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent field is preferred
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant role
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English language • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
