Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to serve as our Office Manager in our Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing staff, maintaining office supplies, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and coordinate all administrative activities in the office
β’ Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operations
β’ Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, supplies inventory, and stationery orders
β’ Ensure security protocols are followed
β’ Monitor staff attendance records and timesheets to ensure accuracy
β’ Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
β’ Process invoices and ensure timely payment of bills
β’ Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures; review regularly for accuracy
β’ Maintain filing systems for documentation purposes; ensure confidential documents are securely stored.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent field is preferred
β’ Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant role
β’ Knowledge of general accounting principles
β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
β’ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English language β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
