Office Administrator Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our organization in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff and ensuring the office runs smoothly. The salary offered is 1000 AED per month. We are open to considering a foreign applicant.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in office administration or related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask easily.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients upon arrival and direct them appropriately.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, respond to emails from clients and other staff members when necessary.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, process expense reports etc..
• Maintain office files/documents electronically/manually, update databases on a regular basis as required.
• Ensure that all office supplies are adequately stocked at all times by liaising with vendors as needed; order new supplies when necessary.
