Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff. Your duties will include answering calls, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing documents and reports, organizing meetings and files, and other administrative tasks. You will also be expected to coordinate with other departments when necessary.
