We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an office environment and helping others succeed. The role requires a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, as well as an eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff and other departments within the organisation. They will be the first point of contact for visitors and will greet them warmly and ensure they receive a professional welcome. The Office Assistant will also answer incoming calls, take messages, monitor emails, organise meetings and appointments, manage files, take minutes in meetings and handle all other related tasks that may arise.
The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have at least one year of experience working in an office setting. They should also have good written and verbal communication skills as well as a positive attitude towards customer service.
