Housekeeping Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager for a hotel in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time permanent position, with a salary of 1800 per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in leading and managing housekeeping teams in hotels or similar environments. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring compliance with all housekeeping protocols and standards.

The Housekeeping Manager's duties will include but not be limited to:

- Developing and enforcing standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Scheduling staff to ensure appropriate coverage at all times
- Supervising staff performance and providing coaching and guidance when needed
- Managing inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ordering replacements as needed
- Investigating customer complaints related to the cleanliness of rooms, common areas, and other areas as needed
- Responding promptly to any special requests from guests or VIPs
- Ensuring safety protocol is followed throughout the department at all times

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and spoken English language skills.
