This is an exciting job opportunity for an Office Assistant in Sharjah with a salary of 1000 AED. We are willing to consider applicants that are foreigners with minimal work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office.
The successful candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth running of the office and should possess good knowledge of MS Office Suite. Excellent customer service skills are essential as well as a friendly, courteous, approachable manner, and a professional attitude.
The main duties of this position involve providing administrative support to the office, including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing correspondence, data entry, filing documents and other general duties. The successful candidate should also be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
