Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED/Month
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office staff as well as perform general duties such as filing, copying, and data entry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well organized and able to prioritize tasks. We are willing to consider foreign candidates who meet the job requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning and data entry
• Assist in planning and organizing office operations and procedures
• Respond to inquiries from clients or other departments in a timely manner
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies
• Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward them when required
• Support other teams with various tasks when necessary
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred
• Previous work experience is preferred but not required
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to type at least 30 wpm with accuracy
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
