Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Bani Yas City
Salary: 1000 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced and talented Sales Manager to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and managing the sales operations of the organization, including developing new strategies and initiatives to increase sales revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven track record of success in sales management, and the ability to work effectively with a variety of people. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

The duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Developing strategies and initiatives to increase sales revenue
- Establishing goals, objectives, targets, and plans for the sales team
- Creating budgets and monitoring expenditures related to sales operations
- Conducting market research in order to identify potential customers
- Analyzing customer feedback data and using it to improve the customer experience as well as products/services offered
- Developing relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
- Recruiting, training, managing, motivating, and evaluating staff members
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws/regulations related to sales activities.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team is required.
