Administrative assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and provide them with necessary assistance
• Answer and forward phone calls
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Manage office supplies inventory
• Handle mail distribution in the office
• Maintain records of office expenditure
• Prepare reports related to office expenditure
• Provide general administrative support such as filing documents, photocopying etc.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience working in an administrative role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
