Office Manager β Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented and have excellent multitasking abilities. This position offers a competitive salary of 900. We are also open to considering an immigrant for the role.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee the day-to-day running of the office
β’ Ensure that all office supplies are adequately stocked
β’ Manage office personnel including recruiting, training and providing guidance
β’ Develop and implement office policies and procedures
β’ Monitor budgeting activities and ensure financial compliance
β’ Coordinate communication between different departments/teams
β’ Provide administrative support to senior staff members
β’ Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
β’ Monitor employee attendance records and ensure that work deadlines are met
β’ Oversee travel arrangements for staff members as required
Requirements:
β’ Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) β’ Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and work under pressure β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or relevant field
