Office Manager – Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented and have excellent multitasking abilities. This position offers a competitive salary of 900. We are also open to considering an immigrant for the role.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the office
• Ensure that all office supplies are adequately stocked
• Manage office personnel including recruiting, training and providing guidance
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures
• Monitor budgeting activities and ensure financial compliance
• Coordinate communication between different departments/teams
• Provide administrative support to senior staff members
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Monitor employee attendance records and ensure that work deadlines are met
• Oversee travel arrangements for staff members as required
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and work under pressure • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
