Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing instruction to students of all ages in the subject areas they are assigned to teach. You will also be responsible for assessing student progress and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent
• Valid teaching certification/license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop lesson plans tailored to individual students
• A minimum of one year’s experience teaching in a classroom setting (we are willing to consider applicants with no experience)
• Willingness to learn new techniques and approaches for teaching
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluent in English (other languages are an asset)

Duties:
• Create lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
• Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, notes, tests, quizzes etc.
• Monitor student progress by collecting data on assessments
• Develop individual learning plans for students who need additional assistance
• Collaborate with other teachers on instructional strategies
• Foster positive relationships with students by maintaining open communication lines
