Office Assistant - Sharjah
Our company is looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The position will pay AED 1200 per month, and we are open to considering foreign applicants.
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills who can work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate must have experience in a professional office setting and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
The duties of the Office Assistant include:
• Answering phones, taking messages, and responding to emails
• Preparing reports
• Maintaining office supplies
• Assisting with filing tasks
• Greeting clients and visitors
• Data entry
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Managing calendars and travel arrangements for employees
• Processing invoices, expense reports, and other paperwork as needed
• Providing administrative support to other departments as necessary.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have the ability to take initiative, work quickly while maintaining accuracy, and have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred but not required.
