Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant for a full-time role in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The role will involve carrying out administrative duties and providing quality customer service. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable using modern office technology.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or a similar role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
