Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant for a full-time role in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The role will involve carrying out administrative duties and providing quality customer service. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable using modern office technology.
Requirements for the Candidate:
β’ 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or a similar role
β’ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
β’ Excellent communication and customer service skills
β’ Good organizational skills
β’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
β’ Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed
β’ Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
