Merchandiser position in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an organized and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as a strong sense of responsibility. The salary offered is 1300AED per month. We are open to considering applicants who are new immigrants.

Job Description:
The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing and organizing the sale of merchandise in our stores. This includes stocking shelves, ensuring products are displayed correctly, replenishing supplies, and helping customers make informed decisions about the products they purchase. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest trends, industry news, and customer preferences in order to provide accurate product information. Additionally, you will need to work together with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time.

Job Duties:
• Analyzing sales figures for each store location and developing strategies to improve performance
• Checking product quality and pricing for accuracy
• Setting up displays on shelves or counters according to company standards
• Keeping track of inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies
• Processing customer complaints or inquiries regarding products or services
• Developing promotional campaigns for new products or product lines

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a merchandiser is preferred but not required
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• A keen eye for detail and well-developed problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing all aspects of merchandise sales within our stores in Abu Dhabi. This includes setting up displays, arranging merchandise on shelves or counters according to company standards, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring product prices are correct, processing customer inquiries/complaints regarding products/services, developing promotional campaigns for new product lines/products, analyzing sales figures at each store location in order to improve their performance, etc.
