Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to multi-task. This position offers a salary of 1800. We are open to considering foreign applicants.
The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will help coordinate office activities and operations, as well as provide clerical and administrative support for the team. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute effectively and efficiently to our organization’s operations and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support other departments whenever necessary
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Manage the reception area and greet guests upon arrival
• Prepare reports, presentations, documents or other materials
• Coordinate meetings/events scheduling
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing etc.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administration role
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
