Office Manager Job - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in office management and be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is open to all nationalities and offers a salary of 1100 AED per month.
The Office Manager will help ensure the efficient running of the office, ensuring that daily operations are carried out effectively and efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational, administrative, and customer service skills as well as strong problem solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office
• Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency
• Monitor administrative functions such as budgeting, procurement, record keeping, etc
• Oversee the planning and scheduling of meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, etc
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; monitor performance against standards
• Supervise and coordinate office staff; provide guidance on job duties; assign tasks; manage workflow; set deadlines; review work results
• Respond to inquiries from customers or clients concerning services rendered by the organization
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management on a regular basis
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in office management or related field
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills; ability to compose correspondence independently
