Office Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of the office, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring the efficient functioning of day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in managing an office and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. We are open to considering foreign candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents required by the organization
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office including supervising support staff, ordering supplies, maintaining records etc.
• Monitor office expenses and manage budgets efficiently
• Manage incoming/outgoing calls in a professional manner
• Ensure all administrative processes are completed according to established regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of all documentation and information
• Develop and implement procedures for record keeping
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred but not required
• 3 years of experience in office management or related field required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) is essential
Salary: 1600 AED per month
