Kindergarten Teacher – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and nurturing young children in a safe, caring and stimulating environment.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that challenge and stimulate the children’s learning experiences.
• Create a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment that encourages positive social interaction, creative thinking, and problem solving.
• Monitor progress of students using appropriate assessments tools.
• Collaborate with other teachers, school administrators, parents and community organizations to ensure successful development of the students.
• Participate in professional development activities to remain current in best practices for teaching early childhood education.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
Needs for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
• Excellent communication skills with children as well as adults.
• Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational pedagogy, as well as differentiated instruction based upon student learning styles. • Ability to manage a classroom of young children with patience and understanding. • Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best possible learning experience for all students. • Must be fluent in English (Arabic or any other language is an advantage). • Experience working with young children is preferred but not required (we are ready to consider a foreigner).
