We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating housekeeping activities, ensuring the standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel are met at all times. The salary for this position is 1400 (AED).

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. They will need to have knowledge of health and safety regulations as well as understanding of the principles of customer service. The ability to manage and motivate staff is essential, as is an excellent eye for detail and good problem-solving skills.

The main duties include: supervising the housekeeping staff; developing policies and procedures related to cleaning; controlling costs; inspecting rooms, linen and other areas; training staff on cleaning methods; responding to customer complaints; keeping up with industry trends; liaising with vendors; managing supplies inventory; monitoring energy efficiency levels.
