Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to serve as a Housekeeping Manager in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and supervising our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all of our facilities are clean, sanitary, and presentable. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a competitive salary of 1100 AED.

Responsibilities
The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housekeeping operations. This includes scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback on job performance, conducting inventory checks, ordering supplies, training new staff members, addressing customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner. Additionally they will ensure that all standards of cleanliness are met throughout the facility in accordance with established health codes.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field. They should be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. The successful applicant should also have excellent organizational skills along with the ability to multi-task while remaining focused on accuracy and detail. They must also possess good problem solving abilities as well as strong customer service skills. No prior experience is necessary but would be preferred.
