Job Title: Office Clerk

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Clerk to join our fast-paced office in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the organization with data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Assist with filing, photocopying, mail distribution, and other related duties.
• Create reports and presentations as needed.
• Maintain a neat and organized office area.
• Ensure that all office supplies are adequately stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries accurately and professionally.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred but not essential.
