We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments within the organization. This includes managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, booking travel arrangements, preparing documents, maintaining filing systems, data entry, and other clerical tasks as required. You will need to be well organized and able to multitask effectively in order to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and in a professional manner.
The desired qualifications include excellent organizational skills, good communication skills (written & verbal), attention to detail, computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite), problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. It would also be beneficial if you have knowledge of office processes such as filing systems and data entry procedures.
