We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator in Abu-Dhabi. The salary is competitive at 1500 AED per month. We are ready to consider applications from foreigners with the right qualifications and experience.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or related roles, be good at problem solving and possess excellent communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office Suite, accounting software and database management software is necessary. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field is preferred but not required.
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for providing smooth running of office operations which includes tasks such as maintaining supplies inventory, managing filing systems, arranging meetings and events, preparing reports and documents etc. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to other departments in the business.
