We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the staff members of our company.

The duties of the Secretary include responding to emails, organizing files and documents, preparing reports and presentations, scheduling appointments, and managing travel arrangements. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as strong organizational skills. The successful applicant should also be able to multitask efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory; we are ready to consider a foreigner with no prior experience.
