We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. We have an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about customer service, is organized and detail oriented. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years working experience in a similar role and be willing to work hard to exceed customer expectations.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to company staff, managing communications between all departments, preparing reports, managing day-to-day operations, scheduling appointments, answering phones and maintaining an orderly office environment. Additionally, they will be responsible for greeting visitors and responding to inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Qualifications required for this position include excellent communication skills (oral and written), strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, attention to detail and accuracy with data entry. Strong computer proficiency is essential – experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
