Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience and be willing to learn and grow in the field. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including greeting visitors, answering calls, managing emails, organizing files and documents, and other clerical duties. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to multitask efficiently.
Demands for the Candidate:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimal work experience; office experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal skills, and customer service abilities
•Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent organizational skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Willingness to learn new tasks quickly and follow instructions carefully
