Job Summary:
We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah and be responsible for maximizing the sales of our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the stock levels of our products and services and ensure that they are adequately maintained at all times.
- Negotiate with suppliers to get the best deals for purchasing stock items.
- Create appealing displays that will draw customers' attention.
- Ensure merchandise is adequately priced, labelled, stocked on shelves, rotated, etc.
- Work closely with sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process purchase orders from customers promptly and accurately.
- Gather customer feedback on product quality, product selection and overall customer service experience.
- Keep abreast of industry trends in order to remain competitive in the market place.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Merchandising preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working in a retail environment preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
