We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and providing customer service when needed. The successful candidate will also be expected to assist with additional tasks such as maintaining office supplies, answering the phone, and taking messages.

The successful applicant must be able to multitask efficiently and work well under pressure. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, as is the ability to speak English fluently. We are willing to consider an experienced foreign candidate for this role.
